Default 15K brake fluid change???

This is listed on the scheduled maintenace -- seems a bit early to flush the brakes. And curiously NOT listed at 30K...

Did anybody actually do this?

Anyone change the diff fluid -- that's supposed to be "inspected" around 15 K.

Brake fluid... that's a stretch. Diff fluid... that's another matter. I changed mine at 5k and it was a slimey black gooey mess.

Should tell you something...

Brake fluid should be changed based on time, not mileage. Brake fluid likes to absorb moisture. Not changing it causes damage to the brake system and diminished performance. Here in AZ I recommend doing it every 24 months, but if it's humid where you live I'd do it more often. Since you're in FL, I'd do it every 12-18 months.

We like Motul here at Vivid, but any DOT 4 fluid will do the trick. If I can be any help, PM or call me.

I'd do the work myself if I were you, it'll save you some money. Diff fluid is super easy to do. The brake fluid is easy, just time consuming. You'll need a friend to help with bleeding the brakes unless you've got a power bleeder.
