JUst had some questions about this oil cooler. Wondering if A) it effects ground clearance at all and B) does it involve any drilling of holes to install it and

JUst had some questions about this oil cooler. Wondering if A) it effects ground clearance at all and B) does it involve any drilling of holes to install it and c) does it have a thermostat

Dealer backed out of honoring warranty once I requested for them to put it in writing. Must say not very impressed with this process currently invlolved with customer affairs but not holding my breath, anyone need a 370z sport
