Just hit 30K, need to do any major maintenance?
Hello forum
370Z is the first car I ever owned and I love it. I been doing oil changes on schedule, but I know there are medium, major maintenance that every car must to do once they hit a certain mileage or time. My car just hit 30K and I have done nothing to it but oil changes. Do i need to send it in for a check up such as brakes and other things? Thank you. |
I think there's a list of 15 and 30K stuff to do (mainly checking fluids and brakes) that can be found in one of the manuals. They're all online here, stickied as downloadable pdf's.

Hey Thanks for the info. Are you talking about the warranty pdf from the sticky? All I find was the warranties and different brands of tires warranty. If there is another pdf, would you able to link it? I really appreciate this.
So you are saying that I should do a check up every 15,000? Damn, then I better get it to a shop! |

30k= power steering flush, coolant flush, brake flush, clutch flush(manual), transmission flush, differential flush service, wiper blades, air filter, in cabin filter, PVC, fuel induction

I have to ask...what source are you using for all these services to perform at 30K:
"0k= power steering flush, coolant flush, brake flush, clutch flush(manual), transmission flush, differential flush service, wiper blades, air filter, in cabin filter, PVC, fuel induction" |

Note that most of that is for premium schedule (the optional not warranty required make NIssan dealers money schedule). The normal schedule is oil & filter change, air filter change (put K&N in instead) and inspect some stuff.
