Hello guys. What brand of oil filter are you using? I am using the Nismo Veruspeed for my Z!!! Is it good?

Pure-One. I was using K&N, but I saw some "bad" things about those.
Opps.... maybe I shouldn't have said that about the K&N. Here come the flames...

I like this one too. Mobil 1 Extended Performance I think is the official name. I buy the GT-R part as it is a little longer but the same diameter.

That is the filter spec'd for the GT-R, whatever brand people go with just get the GT-R filter for the extra filtration area (plus I hear it adds up to 170 hp).

Planning on using the longer PL14610 with my first oil change. Same filter I use on the Frontier! I stocked up when they were on sale with rebate from Amazon.

Buy Purolator PureONE Oil Filter PL14612 at Advance Auto Parts
On sale for $5.00, however they are recommending the PL 14612 not the PL 14610. What is the difference between the two? Will the PL14610 also work with the G37's? (My wife's car). Thanks! |
