Question about Fumoto valve

is an oem crusher wash needed for the valve? or can one just use the washer that comes with the fumoto? thanks in advance

Do not use a Nissan crush washer. Use the Fumoto provided blue fiber washer only. Just before installing your Fumoto Oil Drain Valve, very lightly coat the blue fiber washer with some oil. Do not soak the washer, just rub a little bit on both sides of the washer and then do the install. Remember the Fumoto valve is made of brass so tighten it up snugly but don't overtighten / get to rough with it. You use a Fumoto F103 or F103N (nipple) on the 370Z.
