Really Bad Experience At The Stealership

So far I have been lucky. The dealership I use has been great. Also work with others who have purchased other cars there. All comments have been positive.

allllllways check mileage before and after service. I have a buddy that is a dealer tech and he tells me stories all the time about taking customer sports cars to lunch and mashing the throttle all around town. Not all but most of these guys dont give a **** and will try and hide any damage they do.

It's amazing how some people are willing to lie blatantly to a customer to cover up their mistakes. I'm glad they finally owned up to it, but you obviously shouldn't have had to go through all of this. Honesty is always the best policy. I hope everything works out, good luck with everything.

I'm happy they're fixing your rims and sorry they screwed them up in the first place. Honestly, if my car is only going to be in for a day, I'll steal a chair and sit outside their garage with my laptop and smokes... I've had a service adviser come to me and say, let's leave the tech alone, I told him that if he can't take the pressure of me watching him, give me the tools and I'll show him how it's done... Luckily I trusted my OLD dealer in Houston and my new one in SoCal... Worse comes to worse, in SoCal when they start my car, I can hear it from the other side of the building, lol
