Default Stripped Screw on Door Handle

Ok, so i was removing my door handles to paint them. The driver side came off no problem, however the passenger side door was a different story. The screw holding the plate that holds the lock in place was completely stipped.

It would be impossible to take this out with a screw driver. Any ideas how to remove this screw?

Thanks in Advance
