Loose turn signal

Was washing my car earlier, yes I cant feel my hands still lol, and realized the side turn signal on the fender is loose. Is there a easy way to fix this or will i have to take it in to the dealer?

I thought the same thing the first time I washed my car. It's actually normal.....that's how they all fit unfortunately. But first reaction is WTF....I know.
