Both Rocker Panels Damaged During Service

Otherwise the lift arm contacts the rocker panel before the pad contacts the lift point. Pure laziness and stupidity on the part of the tech lifting the car.

i remember going to a subaru dealership and they had a stupid low STI that needed to go on a lift. 2 guys litterally pulled up the car at the fender and quarter panel arch to raise it a little bit so that the 3rd guy could get the lift under the lift point. i was like im never brining my car here. hahahaha

This may be a stupid question but can someone show a picture outlining what the rocker panel looks like? I am guessing it's just the bottom trim along the sides of the car.
