I get this problem every now and then. Haven't really noticed a trend in what fuel i use or additives. When my last light doesn't turn on, i usually just drive about 30 miles and it comes back on then obviously goes back off when the fuel level goes down. It does seem to happen more when i top it off I guess, but it doesn't bother me enough to go to the dealer about it. I mean I know my tank is full, so w/e.

Weirdly, Chevron is the gas that I think caused my problem. Switched to Sunoco, haven't had the problem since. Months of fillups without incident.

Bumping this thread up as mine problem still continues no matter where I fill up (mostly shell/Exxon level stations). Has anyone found a permanent solution, gauge cluster, fuel sender?

What did you have changed though, I know it is under warranty, Baker has looked at mine but figured I would ask if a 100% solution was found so we are not playing cat & mouse with something the community has fixed.

Thought I had dodged this, but now I'm thinking I'll go get this done after all. Just the fuel sender?

I have a similar problem related to this. When I top off the tank, all lights will light up. When fuel starts to be used up, the dots starting from the right will go off as normal. When the first 2 dots goes off, the next dot to go off would be the third LED. However, what's been happening the last few fillups is that the third and fourth LED will go out at the same time.

Same thing happens intermittently to mine. I always top the tank off after the auto pump shut off. 3 different times, the last dot on the right didn't light up. Usually corrects itself after driving a while, then shutting off and restarting. Could be that the car isn't level when filling up?
