Default Tire Pressure Indicator

I'm having the same issue with my TPI. When I first start the engine, the indicator blinks for a minute, then stays illuminated (Btw, all tires have the correct pressure, by the tire company that I bought them from). I took my Z down to the dealer and they said that they could not reset it with their machine so I took it to another Nissan dealer who said the same thing. They want to charge me $60 to just look at it. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be before I have them diagnose? Could it be a fuse?

Might be the batteries in the TPMS sensors.
