Loud Screeching sound when engine is running.
 

I had been noticing a squeaky belt sound for about a week before the main issue, generally would sound like a squeaking belt when idling or at low speeds. Although last night after starting my car is exponentially louder and I started to smell something burning, it was driving ok just making a horrible sound so I left the car in a parking lot till I can tow it to save from more damage.

Attached is a video, does anyone recognize the sound and know which part it might be? Also if you have any maintenance shops in North Dallas you recommend let me know please.

You did the right thing by not driving it. Not sure if it's the serpentine belt but most shops should be able to replace it and the belt tensioner if needed. They can run the engine with the belt off for a short period to check for other mechanical noises and at that point they can check all of the rotating parts and pulleys for play and "stiff" (i.e. not smooth) rotation when the engine is off.
