Transmission oil replacement for 6-speed 2013 370z

Hi. How often do you need to get the transmission oil changed for a 6-speed 370z? Thanks

Daily driver and no track time, or both?

If a daily, the follow the service schedule

If a track car (or daily/track), change after every 2 to 3 hours total track time with a good quality "heavy" synthetic gear oil. Change the diff oil at the same time. Its is expensive but great insurance

60K miles is the recommended interval for the MT transmission. However, it's such and easy job and not expensive, I typically do it around 25K miles. Along with the differential fluid.
