Default Manual gear shift stick violently vibrating

I need help, so I have a 2019 manual anniversary 370 and lately my shift nob has been violently vibrating and shaking, it’s gotten scary loud and now I can feel vibrations through out the car. I’ve noticed it seems to be most violent in 5th gear along with I can feel it in my clutch pedal aswell. It just started today making this quiet little whine down noise when I left off the clutch in 4th, 5th, and 6th gear aswell. If anyone can help tell me what’s going on I would very much appreciate it. Thanks.
