Hi all just did my oil change today and noticed my coolant overflow tank is completely dry. Is this regular? Car never runs hot or over heats. And also had

Help!!
Hi all just did my oil change today and noticed my coolant overflow tank is completely dry. Is this regular? Car never runs hot or over heats. And also had a tiny drip from the oil filter, think next oil change w another filter it will stop leaking
