Unhappy 09 370z AT Powersteering problems

Hi,

So this just started happening I did one donut. Then went to subway.
When I left subway I noticed I had lost powersteering but only when not moving or giving her gas.
After some testing.
No powersteering when the car is Not moving AND I'm not giving her gas.
After driving the PS fluid level is at the cold min line and doesn't not seem to change after letting her cool down.
Tomorrow I am getting some powersteering fluid for her and going to add some. I don't know what else to try Monday if I can't figure it out I'm taking her to Nissan. I would love any help or ideas hat could save me some money.

Thanks
