At 16k I doubt you really need it, but I'll bet the pedal will feel better if you bleed the brakes with new fluid. If I was going to DIY,

At 16k I doubt you really need it, but I'll bet the pedal will feel better if you bleed the brakes with new fluid. If I was going to DIY, I'd go ahead and do it. If I had to pay the dealer, I'd wait.
