White Flakes From Vents

I am getting white flakes coming out of the vents when A/C is on. Just a little when first turned on. Any ideas?

hmmmmm Only thing I can think of is a cabin air filter that is breaking up. But I can't think of a good reason for the filter to come apart.

Got kids? I've seen some weird stuff crammed into vents.

I had a Toyota Corolla that used to "snow" when the air was humid. It was pretty funny to see but that car had a awesome AC.
