Default Replace Clutch?

Took the Z in to have the CSC replaced at 42k miles. Should I have them replace the clutch plates too while they are in there? I don't really have the extra $1000 sitting around, but should I do it anyway while they are in there?

If so, do I have them install an OEM clutch? Would they even install an aftermarket?
