Default Warranty work with a cobb tune

I'll be taking my car in on Friday for them to repair/replace my transmission. I have the common 5th gear grind in my 2009. The car is tuned via Cobb ap. Is there a need to uninstall it or flash the stock map to the car, even though they're just working on the transmission?

Thanks in advance

Out of on abundance of caution, i'd at least flash it back to stock if you could. I don't know how picky Nissan dealers are in other parts of the country so i'd put it back to stock just to be safe.

I don't think so. Many people run those mods without a tune. Depending on the o2 sensor placement with the HFC you might get a CEL, but it's hard to say for sure.

So just flash the stock map to the ecu, or uninstall it completely?
