What should I get done?

I have a 2012 370z Touring (automatic) that I bought used with 400 miles in April 2012! Somebody apparently leased it, decided they didn't want it, and traded it into a BMW dealer for a brand new BMW.

Fortunately for me, I stumbled across this at the dealership the day after they had it up for sale for $33K. I couldn't resist, so I bought it.

The car has been great with no problems other than a rare occasional transmission thump when I let off the gas pedal at around 25-35mph when it's about to shift gears. (Usually when I'm about to have to come to a stop... Sometimes It shifts and then a loud thump and it surges forward a bit)... Been sometimes as I am applying the brake. It's happened about 2-3 times a year since year 2. I have religiously used Mobile One synthetic oil, and changed it every 5k miles until I hit 75K miles. (Also changed air filters as needed). I then changed to Mobile One Synthetic Extended Performance (oil and filter), and changed oil every 10k miles since then.

In June 2014 @ 61645 miles I had power flush of transmission fluid done and rear differential oil changed, along with full inspection by dealer and that's it (other than new tires and alignment when needed). I hoped the transmission flush would have fixed the occasional thump/(rough gear change) but it still has happened a few times since.

Im now at 93K miles. I'm probably gonna need new brake pads in the next 10k miles.
I'm very surprised I haven't needed new brakes so far.

I drive an average round trip 90 highway miles each day commuting to work (Mon-Fri) about which half of it is driving at 75-80 mph, and the rest is dictated by traffic congestion.

What do you all recommend I have done at my Nissan dealer next time I bring it in for service?

Thanks in advance!
