Brake rotors, pads, and fluid. Upgrade fluid to Motul RBF600.

Coolant, power steering, and differential (if Sport model) fluids. Upgrade to Redline ATF D6 for power steering and Redline 75W90 for differential.

Air intake filters

In-cabin air filter

Wiper blades

Battery

Belts

Tires (I am especially interested to see pics of the OEM tires with 146K miles lol )

Also, make sure whoever does the AT work has done it before - it is a very specific procedure and although it is simple, it is easy to screw up. Only use Nissan S Matic Fluid for the 7AT.

Dude... I use royal purple for freaking everything (engine oil, differential, transmission, coolant add on, fuel cleaner etc.) I'm starting to think maybe it's not a good idea to use that... Is it?

Royal Purple is fine. It seems to be less popular with the import crowd, but it's perfectly fine.

I use Mobil 1 engine oil (cause $25/5qts at Walmart)
I use Motul RBF600 for brake fluid (because value of price point vs dry boiling temp)
I use Redline most everything else (because that's what people recommend on here).

Things I think I should replace
-air filter
-spark plugs
-trans fluid, but I've been reading that you never need to do it idk I think I going to anyways

What other things or fluids you guys think I should change?
At this point, you should do at a minimum:
Belt
Plugs
ALL fluids
Brakes
tires
ALL filters

lol my '12 is a little higher than yours and that's including my east-coast road trip!

honestly reassuring knowing these cars can go so far and hold up so well for such an extended period of time with very basic maintanence
LOL, Naw just on holidays, I've still got a 90,000+ mile buffer. i'm over 232,000 miles right now. gave the car a week off. LOL
However my new truck should be at the dealer by the time I get home...I hope. I have promised myself the truck will not really be driven until spring. I have to get over 250k on the car first, and I have mods on the truck to do before I really start using it as the Z replacement.

Also do a coolant flush, Prestone sells a liquid that cleans out the entire system before you do the flush just run it for like 2 days in your car and presto, swap the coolant fluid.

Check the integrity of your bands.
Brakes, tires, suspension... Maybe the hosing should be considered too. Make sure the oil you use is like 1 level thicker than the recommended due the wear on the Pistons... That's all I can think of...

Not needed, i'm still running 5/30 and no real increase in oil use after 232,000.

I've been considering RBF600 but I've heard it draws moisture like a mother so you have to flush it out twice a year, minimum. Any truth to this?

OP: Just do everything since you don't know the history of the car. I got my Z with 39k and since I've gotten it to 50k I replaced air filters (K&N), oil + filter a few times, rear tires, manual trans fluid, diff fluid, cabin filter (well, added; it didn't have one) and spark plugs. I still need to check my brake pads, but the rotors seem fine at least...

Not that I've experienced. Been running it for ~50K daily driven miles over 3 years. I typically aim to flush it every 6 months anyway (cause it only costs me $30 per flush). But I've let it go for a year before with no noticeable difference in braking performance
