I knew a guy, that knew a guy, that was a Ferrari salesman and he said rich guys would buy a new Ferrari and burn out the clutch driving it home for the first time. Can't say I feel sorry for them. Of course that wouldn't be a problem today since all the poseurs would get the paddle shifters. In fact, I'm not sure you can get a modern Ferrari with a traditional manual.

Well I just picked up the Z from the dealer and driving it to TF works. They gave me the car in worse condition that I brought it in. Now all the gears are slipping. BAD ! Also when you turn on the car for the first time you hear a whining sound coming from the engine -tranny :/ They seem kind of pissed that I didn't have them do the work. But for 2000 $3000 screw them! They had the nerve to ask me if I would bring them the aftermarket clutch kit so they can install it . I just looked at him like WTF ? Yeah right.

Bummer about the clutch but what a beautiful car. At least now with the aftermarket parts you'll have a top notch setup that'll last...
