Default top problems

Hello everyone i noticed that wenever i OPEN only my top get stock and it needs a tiny push so it can complete it's process to open and when it closes everything goes perfectly fine ... anyone have any idea why another thing please check the attached pic part of the roof linning moved .... last did anyone noticed that the metal part that covers the roof wenever it opens makes a noise wenever it touch back the body
