Rear shell hits my top when going down
 

I just got my 2010 and found that the top hits the rear shell a little when it is being lowered. More like it rubs - it seems it's just a little out of alignment and the rear shelf just needs to open a 1/2 inch more. Is there any way to adjust the opening amount on my own or is it a dealer only proposition?

I believe if you look at the lifting arm there is an adjustment at the base of it.
