New Roadtest Nismo Z and Roadster

Good comments and reviews on the 2 cars. click here

"The NISMO is an absolute blast to drive. This is definitely a car I would want for a weekend and track toy. We were sad to have to turn the keys back over to the Nissan folks."

If I can fit 2 tiny carry golf bags + clubs and a small piece of luggage in the trunk, I will own a roadster sometime next year, come hell or high water!

Very informative. I was considering the roadster but if it makes me a little girl, I'll just go buy a Civic and power boost it to the max! YEA COOLS!

If the roadster has T-TOPs then I'd reconsider buying one. Whatever happen to the Z T-Tops? After the 300zx, nissan started using convertible tops. I think convertible is more appealing for lil girls while T-Tops are for men.

Nice review...the Nismo looks great in white! :)

I'll agree with the guy above in saying that I much perfer T-Tops on a sports car to a convertible. T-Tops don't stray from the original body lines while still offering an open top:

Though i'll admit as far as convertibles go the 370Z pulls it off quite well

T tops are cool but a pain to store in the car if you want to take them off while somewhere.Besides I don't know if there would be any room to store?
As for the girly comment about the roadster I have to agree. Most sports car owners with a convertible are either girls or the guys..well they are kind of different...different and somewhat yuppy!
I'am sure this opinion will kind of stir the pot???

Mercennarius,

That was a very nice pic of a 300zx ! I can't wait until someone on the forums do a T-Top conversation on their 370z, someone on the forums already installed a sunroof.

I personally don't like convertibles on Z cars but I support Nissan, the more 370z they sell the less chance of Z cars being cut from production. I hope one day Nissan will bring out a TT Z with T-TOP like the 300ZX TT.
