2009 Nissan Z Roadster - Nissan USA

So the Nissan website now features a new roadster page displaying the new color: black cherry with wine interior (along with new style seats). This looks amazing!

Does anyone know if this color will be exclusive to the roadster? or if will be available on the coupe as well because that would be drop dead sexy.

I think this color will replace chicane yellow for the 2010 model coupe, correct me if i'm wrong.

Yes, Metallic Black Cherry replaces Chicane Yellow as the new "purchasable" color... and you could find a nice pic of the BC w/Wine Roadster in dealer book for several months now (two facing pages showed the car with top up, unfold the centerfold and the top came down). I know this because I was originally going for a yellow coupe when my SO turned up her lip in a sneer at the look of a coupe... then the rat dealer threw down the pic of the roadster and my life suddenly became more complicated... she REALLY liked the look of that (the car, not my life becoming more complicated)!

yep, looks like purple to me! Ick. If your a dude and get this color, you are in violation of man law code #134, and should be punished accordingly... by having you balls permanently removed.

You guys are cracking me up. I have to admit, I didn't see the teabag comment coming.

I remember the days of fighting tooth and nail on the net, but as they say, fighting on the internet is like running in the special Olympics. Even if you win, you're still a freakin' retard. according to a certain blended canadian whiskey, which by the way, does the style a disservice, everyone knows the finest whiskey/bourbon comes from one of two states... Makers Mark FTW!!!

HAHAHA...this car is NOT purple, just the pic with wrong light makes it look that color considering it's a two tone paint. I this rare color combo and get compliments constantly. As for man law, my fiance is a part time lingerie model. She loved riding me while riding down I-95 South, yes both tops were down!

Only a real man, one who is positive about his manliness can drive a purple car. Anyway, the fairer sex is drawn a man who can be proud to sport a purple car...or shirt...or tie!
That said, the car is a red/brown color (according to photoshop and x-rite). I am in the business of color (motion pictures).
That said...I have a large selection of purple and pink ties and shirts and the chicks do dig them!
