Beautiful car!
|
Why the sound deadening in the trunk? Do you have a sound system?
|
Nope - i just usually add SD to all my cars. And even tho the top is down a lot - i wanted it quieter when it's up. Should have been a three-ply top.
Also - this is the first car I have ever had that has no rear fender liners. I usually stick SD in there too...but to my surprise we have none. I have not done under and behind the seats - tried but was too lazy to rip it all out. When you move the seats forward and tap on the carpet behind them..you get the lovely think of carpet on metal. No insulation there at all. LOL Different tires helped enormously. |
Sad. I just found out I might be moving...Seattle or Dallas. So I'm putting her up for sale just in case. Been fun... :(

For Sale? WTF, you can drive a Z in Texas. Works real good. Just beware of Texas Highway Patrol, Officer Bennitt in east Tx, he seems to like Z's.
Cheers |

I mean, we do what we feel we must, of course, but that seems a bit extreme from here. |
It is more likely Seattle at this point...Dallas is a second option. If Dallas - prob keep it as a 3rd car, but with my family there reporting all the ice and snow.... If it is Seattle...time for something AWD.
And yes...I'm from TX originally so I know what you mean about the popo... ;) |
I took my pearl white 2012 in for 2nd oil change today and was looking at a purty dark blue convertible touring. Really nice car but the sticker price is $51K

370Zs are pretty rare, and the Roadsters are even more rare. Solid Red 370Z Roadsters seem rarer still. I just treat it as a testament to the fact that exclusivity has its price. My wife and I took a trip to Nova Scotia. One of the little towns along our way was having a parade. We got stopped so the parade could pull onto the main road, and when we got to go again we were just tagged onto the end of the parade. We waved. They waved. People took pictures of us as my wife took pictures of them. It seemed nobody knew we weren't part of the parade. Pretty cool, really. Turns out exclusivity has its benefits too. |
