Vert Coilover Suspension
Since MadChemist is getting all the attention on his H&R solution, I wanted to let every1 know that I'm working with Marti at Rev-Works (Welcome to Rev Works Inc. -) on a set of Fortune Auto 500's Coilovers..
They build them to suit (bespoke) and right now I'm discussing my application which is a street only setup on a '13 vert. They will even build them with Swift Springs if you so desire. They have the pillowball mts so that should preclude the need for a front camber kit as I won't be lowering more than .75 to 1.00 inches. As my car goes into storage in a week or 2, I'll be doing the install next March so once I get the application sorted, I'll cross-post this in the technical forum to see if I can generate enough interest in a group buy. Pls let me know if you're interested and I'll start putting together a list of names. |
I dropped mine a little over 1-1/2" and didn't need to get a front camber kit. The only necessary things were the rear camber kit and rear toe rods. (Rear toe rods can only be used with the "true" coilovers though.)

Info from my experience:
So with a 1.25" drop in the front, the camber was -2.5 on both sides. Caster wasn't affected and toe was -0.20 degrees (can be fixed without camber kit). The rear with a 1" drop was -2.0 degrees and the toe was severely jacked up, 2.35 degrees on one side (my fault). Just trying to give you an idea of what to expect with your drop. |
Hey Patrick thanks for the shout! We'll be happy to accommodate you guys in any way we can.
