Looks sharp, never get tired of looking at pics of a roadster top down.

FLUJOKE 10-09-2013 06:18 PM

nice man, love it...need a smaller antenna. and are those forward facing mud flaps?

ParkStr8 10-09-2013 07:32 PM

I had to trim my front flaps as they scraped everywhere i went...i took off about 1.2" and now...no more scrapes.

Any future plans for lowering springs? I hoping to pick this same car up in a couple of days.

^ My last car was HUGELY modded - swore that this time I'd stay stock - except for the 25 mm spacers on the rear

Stock: the car still looks amazing. Come on, you know you want to do springs. Modding is good for the heart.

lol - started with springs on last ride... built it to 1,000 hp - then detuned to 640 rwhp for reliability. I went waaaay too far... not getting started on that trail again... last time was enough mods for a lifetime...

Go big or go home right. You definitely went big. Nice build. How's going from a 640hp car to ~300hp car?

Ok, as a very out of towner I have to ask: Bay of Fundy in the background?

My wife and I passed through Moncton on the way to and from Nova Scotia last summer. We spent over twenty years of vacations riding a motorcycle through the Rockies and decided to do something different when I got the Z. Absolutely beautiful! She's developing massive plans to do it again next year.

Well it's quiet and civilized. My stang was a beast and the huge blower was crazy loud she was not stealthy at all ... it was a 9 second car at the track. lol I saw in some other threads how lots of Hondas etc want to race from lights... lol never had that in the stang when rumbling on the street.

Decided to try and get a vehicle my family would agree to get into.

Miss the stang for sure... especially on track days.

Great eye! Yep that's the Bay of Fundy shot on the New Brunswick side in Fundy Park looking over to Nova Scotia

Thanks. I was pretty sure that they were from somewhere along that stretch of coastline, but it was really a guess. We did big roads from Calais/St Stephen across to Moncton and pretty much missed that area.

Our primary goal was driving as much of the coastline of Nova Scotia as we could. We did a loop around Cabot Trail, then tried to follow the coastline from Halifax to Yarmouth. It worked great until just about Bridgewater, then we had to get on the big road and just go. There's never enough time.

Next time I'd like to check out the south coast of Fundy Bay where your pics were taken, and the Lighthouse Route from Halifax to Yarmouth in Nova Scotia.

Just picked up the exact same car this past week. Love it. Now the mods start.

I learned that the more I modded, the more it required constant tinkering. At 44, I just want the damn thing to start and run without worrying about air/fuel ratios etc. I thought about a FI Turbo kit but i'll just go by a car with more stock horsepower should I require it. My days of tinkering are over. :)
