Trunk adjustment

Hello,

I realize that my trunk seems to be a bit higher or protruding a bit on the passenger side.

Is this common, normal? I would not think so...
Has anyone adjusted the trunk before?
I am considering to take it to the dealer. However, wanted to ask as well.
I am not sure if this is an issue due to my convertible motor, mechanism being off?

Thanks

I literally just noticed this yesterday. It showed a shadow on my rear bumper that was larger on the passenger side so I went and felt it and sure enough, it sticks out more on that side. I thought maybe someone had tried to pry my hatch open, but there's no damage to show that.

This is discouraging to hear.... yes, it looks like someone tried to pry it open from the passenger side, near the passenger door.

I am missing my Honda S2000... lol! I tried to push it down but, didn't want to break anything or see if it was a defect. Can you guys take some pictures of yours for me to compare, please?

I thought it was angled specifically to help fit a single golf bag into the trunk...at least thats what the picture inside the trunk says :)

Now I'm wondering if maybe its designed like that to allow us a place to grab when we unlock it, maybe to help us pull it up?

Just checked. I sure don't notice anything.

There are 2 stoppers under the lid on each side, try to turn it a couple of turns on the high side to screw it in farther into the trunk lid and see if the trunk lid will fit better..
