Default Tinted back window

I'm sure there is a lot of roadsters with tinted rear windows. I took the car to a place here in town that do great work and they said it would be a royal pita to tint and didn't recommend doing it.

Has anyone had issues with this? how much work is involved getting at the window, it looks like some of the mesh has to be removed to get at the window...

I think the company that did mine partially put down the top to get better access to the window and to give them more headroom when sitting inside the car.

They said it was a pita, but were able to get it done.

I thought the same as you, we even put the top down and it looks pretty tight. I'm sure it can be done but I think his concern was how good can he get and and would or could I have future issues with it.

I might just have to shop are a bit. And see what other places say.
