has anybody installed this and have the top remote activated to go up without blowing the horn,i tried changing #6 setting with no luck everything else works fine.

Press & Hold both Lock & Unlock on the remote until the signals flash. That'll disable the general lock/unlock chirps when using the remote. Unsure if that completely solves your problem, but that's how I have mine set up.
