Hello Roadster....I am planning to modify the top switch to a on-off button on a non-roadster. Can u tell me does the button stay at "on" or "off" position every

Can u tell me does the button stay at "on" or "off" position every time when the car start? or is it one of those button that will reset to "off" when you shut down the car? thanks
