Covertible switch
Hello Roadster....I am planning to modify the top switch to a on-off button on a non-roadster. Can u tell me does the button stay at "on" or "off" position every time when the car start? or is it one of those button that will reset to "off" when you shut down the car? thanks

The button is a rocker switch. To open the top you press and hold the "open" side then release once the top is open. To close you hold it on the "close" side. I assume that internally it has 2 contacts and that neither is connected when the button is not being pushed.
