I am not really impressed with Nissan Corp or Irvine Nissan at this point. Both of them seems to not have any common sense, when it comes to treating customers....

I am not really impressed with Nissan Corp or Irvine Nissan at this point.
Both of them seems to not have any common sense, when it comes to treating customers.... I totally agree on the alignment... Alignment was off from the factory. It chewed up my tires. within 3000 miles. A. Put the alignemtn back to factory spec. Give me new tires B. Put the alignemtn back to factory spec. Give me the middle fingers on the tire replacement. Atleast this way, they won't wast any more of my time. But again, they are trying. I guess regional service person came down today in person to look at the alignment issue but car was still at upholstery shop. My bigger worry is. This shop had the car since tuesday.. And they still haven't figured how to put on a new top.. Doesn't seem right... (Only suppose to take 7 hours on the book) I will keep everyone updated.
