More structural stuff, heavier springs/stabilizer bars, etc. Same story with the NISMO 350Z, fell between the base/enthusist and the touring/Grand touring. Purpose is to stiffen the frame for better track performance. The extra HP more than compensates for the slight weight gain.

I really dont see why there is any choice, go with the Nismo. Unless you are mid 40's then go with the roadster.

Wait on second thought, still go with the Nismo.
