If you have a 7AT, I would seriously consider a remote start for a DD parked outside. If not, someone just posted instructions and diagram for remote starting the 6M. I personally would be reluctant to do that... as scatterbrained as I am, I can see remote starting the car through the front of the garage. I don't know if his method would prevent that because I didn't look at the post that closely.
Someone here already had a 6Sp with a Remote start installed by the dealer. Lets just say it didn't end well.
