Roadster window alignment

Anyone have any issues with the window alignment on their roadster. My passenger side window sits much higher, and brushes hard against the top when I close the door, even the slight movement doesn't move it out of the way. The drivers window if fine, but squeaks against the glass.

I've also noticed on the passenger side that there's a slight scrape on the windshield header, and some of the rubber has been rubbed off. Am I safe in assuming the dealer should be able to fix these issues under warranty?

Thanks

Yes, take it to the dealer. What you describe should not be occurring.
