I have a super small dealer in comparison of the US superlativ (but 2 new GT-Rs and one editon 370z coupe are to sold there).. this was my decision to order my car there. I gave the order before x-mas. And now the car is in the show room for only 2 cars.. definitely perfect. I have only to pay and drive away this baby :ughdance: The hint they gave me was to upgrade to the track gauge for not so quick response on the steering. I can drive their 370z edition coupe to compare with some more millimeters (15 or 20) later. I will see if this is neccessary. By the way they told the the AT7 edition coupe is not speed limited (swiss not german) an should reache a vmax of 270km/h with no chip tuning on the odometer at german "autobahn" (120km/h is allowed maximum on swiss highway) I will see, after burn in, what my roadster can do on german autobahn (enough cool air is guaranteed.. and i will do it only on a 3 lane run way..cause i smoked a front break system on my "new/old winter car 245km/h) With the 7AT transmission i wont think i need a extra oil cooler so far (may be its a manuel transmission driver problem with those exploding hoses..driving always in a combat gear.... and the oil filter switch plate is not the optimum for the VVEL oil pump preasure..it will rise because of streaming losts in the gate). I dont belive in tuner know how any more this is always selling blabla for non test engineers..do it better with your mind... and the forum will help a lot to find it out with the free power addicted heros!! :ugh2: I think the heros and tuners will banish me :stirthepot: Regards ZeeYouLater |
^^ the horror stories were written in the forum…anyway…send those photos!

Hi all, my first post on here. Picked up my Blue Roadster yesterday. Loving the car already.
Here in Australia we only have one version, which seems to be the old track version with the navigation and 19" wheels. Some small issues to sort out with the dealer, but otherwise could not be happier. Goes like a rocket. |
All Black cars will get swirl marks in the clear coat from day one. There is nothing you can do but have it detail over and over. It's a long tedious process to get it done right. Just comes with the territory. I wouldn't lose any sleep over it.

Swirls marks on a brand new car, you know….the ones with less than 10 miles, are caused by the detailers! Most car dealerships have the lowest paid people to wash and dry their cars. I have witnessed the use of cotton rags to dry new cars before being delivered to the customer. Anyone with the simplest knowledge of how not to scratch new clear coat would always employ the proper car care. Clean sponges, microfiber towels etc. Visit an upscale car dealership! |

Hey Mate…you guys down under only get the heated seats…. The one place on earth where having “cooling” seats would make sense! Go figure…. |
Where are your photos mate??
|
Just took some photos. Will post up shortly. I got the clear car bra thing done too... I think those things are a bloody awesome idea!! Lets see if it works well.
Funny about the heated seats hey? I'm guessing it's a tricky upgrade and includes changing the chairs, but honestly I think Sydney summer days are too hot for a convertible anyway. You guys are lucky, I've been waiting for a while... the roadsters were only released 15 days ago here. |

Not sure it's ever TOO HOT for a convertible -- just turn on the cooled seats and turn up the AC on high!!! Just don't forget to do the sunscreen thingeee -- of course I think you see a lot more of the sun down under than we do here in the DC area.:hello: |
Congratulations to Zee and ChilliWilli
:welcome: Welcome to the forum and.... :worthless: |
