Scissor Doors?

Hey guys. I have the 2010 370z roadster in monteray blue and was thinking of getting a scissor door kit installed. Does anyone recommend a brand or place to get this done in VT? Also, has anyone done this yet on the 370 roadster and have pics and/or advice about it?

You mean these kind of doors?

(sorry for the pic, not trying to burn you, it was the first one I found on google)

There have been a few threads about these on the forum and I think someone has a kit you can purchase. Check in the sponsor area for info on it. See what the search turns up

Yea, those are the doors I was talking about. Not sure how they would look in the roadster or if there are any gotchas by getting I installed. Thanks for the above info. :)

Just say no to Lambo doors. If I had a Lambo I would be looking for a kit to convert them back to normal doors, LOL.

There are times that I would love to have them, since I live in the city. My garage is a bit tight and opening a two-door car with long doors is annoying and tedious. However, doing it for just the 'look' is silly. People will single you out as a poser instead of an innovator.

I would love to have them for that same reason, but they are labeled as very poser. However, even if I didn't care what other people think of them, I would still be pretty scared about the quality. I mean, you're taking a door frame designed for horizontal doors and trying to make vertical doors work around all that stuff. Seems like a nightmare waiting to happen.

There is a guy in Houston with a 350z vert that has them, but the last couple of times I have seen his car he just opened the door normally so could not grab a picture or anything.

Not yet, was watching a TV show while posting so not really paying much attention to grammar, proper word usage, etc.
