Broken Soft Top Bar

I began having problems with my soft top 2 days after purchasing the car. I found that the first bar is broken. It is starting to scrape the roof. I have a 60 day 3000 mile warranty on the car from Lithia Ford, but I am very picky on who works on my cars and they are 130 miles away. Where can I get this part and how do I replace just the bar? Also how can I fix the scrape on the roof?

I owned my 370z only a few days before I noticed soft top opening issues and found that the first bar is broken. 2010 370z with under 28k miles. This is my first 370z and my first convertible. I have a 60 day 3000 mile warranty on the car, but I am rather picky on who works on my cars. My husband is lucky if he gets to work on my snowmobile. Where is the best place to get the part and how easy is it to replace? And how do I deal with Lithia Ford on this. Pretty certain it was this way when I bought it. It has also caused a small tear in the roof, can I use something to seal this?
