370z roadster back top latch issue

I need to take a photo - but I believe I'm missing some sort of plastic/rubber piece suddenly from the back - where that U bracket on the softtop connects in to the back. It's just a completely open hole now and I swear it wasn't like that. Just noticed it today.

Can anyone help and confirm with a photo and/or a part name/numbe?

Part number 97196-1ETOA ,(protector, folding roof lock), $14.11 US, the black rubber oval that covers the latch assembly in the roof storage cover.

Put in your year and model and go to Open Roof Parts and click on the diagramed part. Its part number, name and cost pop up.

Should be the same at any Nissan dealership as ell.
