Question there is two nuts that have a plastic cover, if they are missing you hear squeaking, where do I get new ones, is there a part # for those

Question there is two nuts that have a plastic cover, if they are missing you hear squeaking, where do I get new ones, is there a part # for those little guys. Also there is a padding that goes in front of top near driver and passenger. This pad has dislodged on drivers side. Feels like it was glued on
