Rollover bar

Went of the internet to find out if our cars come with an POPUP ROLLBAR(got the run around). I know our manuals does not mention the fact, but don't all convertibles after a certain year have to have some kind of roll over protection?

There are structural steel tubing(hoops) inside the plastic covers behind the headrests. Don't know what limits they are tested to though....
