Default Extended warranty and top

Considering the gold preferred extended warranty. I'm wondering if any of you guys have it and has had issues resolved. Issues from electronics to rag tears, what has been your experiences with getting it serviced.

I haven't had any experience yet. In fact, I'm going to have to see which one I bought. But, here's what Nissan has for a component list:

https://owners.nissanusa.com/content.../Component.pdf

One thing I noticed is it doesn't say anything about "Top, Fabric", or anything like that. (That I could find.)

Cool I found the open and close motors and relays, so that's a good thing.

I can kinda see the top not being covered, unless a seem tears, which is a factory defect, I am glad the motors, assembly, and relays are all covered, maybe worth it for me, I use my top alot.

I am fairly sure the fabric is not covered under Gold warranty as I did a fair bit of research when I bought my Gold warranty and was specifically told it was not covered. Bought the Gold warranty anyway.

All the mechanical parts like pumps, hydraulic cylinders, etc are covered.

Seems reasonable to me. I don't expect the cloth top to last the way I expect the mechanism to last.
