I was expecting a few hundred higher on the touring (all they have here) and a few hundred more on the sport package. I'm good with $200.00.
Still no news on the 40th anniv.
I was considering waiting but the cosmetic changes aren't worth waiting the extra months.

Dealers in my area say that they're willing to take my money but aren't placing any orders right now and won't be for a while.

KEVTEX 11-18-2009 09:49 PM

I talked to one dealer and he wasn't even willing to accept an order for a 2010. The next dealer found a 2010 370Z coupe that met my requirements and it is now scheduled for delivery. The painful part is the waiting.

2010 price

Invoice MSRP
BASE Touring $33,464 $36,130

dealer quoted me this price for 2010.

The pricing doesn't make sense. This is for the price of a touring with sport package? Or the price went up by $1670 from the 2009?

FuszNissan 11-18-2009 10:47 PM

i think pricing only went up 500.00

Z_U_later 11-19-2009 12:05 AM

Im paying $1200 over invoice which is still $1700 under MSRP since the one I ordered was pretty rare. I was told by several different dealers that there were only 2 coming into AZ, CA, and TXand one is mine. My first Z should be here in 2 weeks. I cant wait.

I have spoken with my rep at the dealership. They looked up the ETA and it has been moved from early December to first week in 2010. Crap!

mkdiehl 11-21-2009 02:19 PM

Mine is also showing 1/10.....I was wondering about these Dec delivery dates and why mine was so much later. Waiting to hear when the first one actually shows up....

My dealer is honoring our price agreement which was based on 09 levels (VPP) which is nice of them.

BloodRedZ 11-21-2009 10:30 PM

ordered my Z a few weeks ago. Dealer showed me my order printout couple of days later. It showed ETA of December. However, he told me listed ETA in December but may have "actual" ETA in early Jan. Dealer says whatever ETA stated add 3 weeks to it. I can't wait! :happydance:

Just FYI:
Priced: 2010 Nissan 370Z Coupe

"FRANKLIN, Tennessee — Nissan on Thursday said its base 2010 370Z Coupe is priced starting at $30,710, including a $720 destination charge, reflecting a modest $60 bump over the 2009 model. Nissan has still not announced pricing on the 40th-anniversary package of the 370Z, which is coming in the spring. The 2010 370Z Coupe is on sale now.

Nissan said pricing on the 40th-anniversary package will be announced closer to the car's on-sale date. That package bundles red leather-appointed and synthetic suede seats and red door panel inserts; 40th-anniversary seatback embroidery, floor mats, car cover and exterior badging; premium smoke-finish wheels and red brake caliper finish and a "40th Quartz" exterior paint color.

The redesigned 2009 370Z Coupe started at $30,650, including a $720 destination charge.

Changes for the 2010 model year include an enhanced navigation system and the addition of heated mirrors and in-cabin microfilter, as well as one new optional exterior color: Black Cherry. That special paint adds $500 to the bottom line.

For 2010, the top-of-the-line Nismo 370Z starts at $39,910, including shipping.

Expect to pay $1,850 for a hard-drive-based navigation system, $650 for an aerodynamics package and $850 for Nismo performance brake pads for the 2010 model year.

Inside Line says: Nissan holds the line on 2010 370Z Coupe pricing, following a major design overhaul for the 2009 model year. — Anita Lienert, Correspondent"

Got an email yesterday, stating the car will be here this week. I'm pretty excited.

koeppelnissan 11-29-2009 12:46 PM

Won't be any 2010 coupes in the Northeast until after new year's!

SMcK23 11-29-2009 01:05 PM

Anyone know if you can place an order for the 40th anniversary edition yet?

I was atthe dealership this past Friday. The manager I deal with said the following:
- 40th anniversary edition orders will be taken starting January 2010.
- Pricing is estimated to be between 3 to 4K over the the touring with nav&sport 2010 coupe depending on availability because only 800 units will come off the line.

Wow! Really, only 800 units? That's pretty exclusive!

koeppelnissan 11-30-2009 04:10 PM

1000 units will be built, ordering begins in early December, production begins in January. No word on pricing until mid- december.

I ordered my 2010 today and saw two 2010 models at the dealership. The only way to differentiate a 2010 from a 2009 is by looking at the mirror in side view mirrors. The side view mirrors on the 2010's have the "heated mirror" symbol on the top right hand corner. That's it.

Appearance aside, and as posted above, in Canada and US the only chnages are:

"Changes for the 2010 model year include an enhanced navigation system and the addition of heated mirrors and in-cabin microfilter, as well as one new optional exterior color: Black Cherry. That special paint adds $500 to the bottom line."

Persimmon or gray leather seems to be extremely rare in the 2010s. The dealers I'm talking to can't seen to find any vehicles with either colour. Hmmm.

Good.

There isn't too many 2010's out yet also, give it some time.

There seems to be an extreme lack of them in the Northeast. I'm sort of wondering if I should wait for them to start showing up, order one, or simply go with an 09.

lovethe370z 01-09-2010 01:17 PM

Mine showed up to my Virginia dealer on 12/30/09.
