I think Carmax provides better customer service and will be more patient with buyers. Texas Direct Auto is more like high volume place. They give little discount from their asking

I think Carmax provides better customer service and will be more patient with buyers.
Texas Direct Auto is more like high volume place. They give little discount from their asking price. Their cars are generally ok but you would still have to check it in person like any other place. If they feel like you are not serious buying their cars, they will move on to the next customer. My friend sold them an expensive car and the process was painless. Pick up the check (60K+ amount) the next day. |
