I hope you mean $31,500 + applicable fees. Get it at this price. And you know what you do next? Just give the guy $200 cash on the side and he'll vouch for you to get the 370 at $31.5K. These poor guys don't like making mini's, so you complement the mini so that he can make $300 total.
