Financing Options
Lease is ending on my 06Z and Im really looking forward to purchasing this time a new 370z.
Does anyone have any experiences to share with purchasing a new Z to which they brought in their own financing?? In other words, someone who got financing before actually walking into the dealer... -were you able to negotiate a better price for the car since you were paying 'cash'? -did you get a better rate than what the dealer was offering? Im concerned mainly with the rate since Nissan never offers any special financing rates for the Z/GT-R and so their rates will be comparable to what all other banks are offering.. |

Nissan has 4.89% for 63mons. There are credit Unions like Penfed that have 3.99% for 60 months. Paying cash insn't going to get you a better deal these days. Just make sure you are well educated on rates and invoices on the vehilce so you know what to negotiate to. I hope that makes sense

If I were you, just go to the nearest credit union and get a loan from them. By that, you are assure that you get the right rate for you instead of playing with the dealership. After you pre-approved; do your assignment, go to the dealership and get ready to play numbers with them.

How I have scored invoice pricing with 3.99% APR on my 370Z?
From what I've seen, PenFed or ThinkBank offer the best rates (3.99% APR up to 60 months?). I got my loan from PenFed.
